Rates and Reservations
All rates are subject to change based on the date, type of occasion, and availability. For a tailored quote, please contact us directly via phone or email.
A valid credit card is required for all reservations. Credit cards will be verified for the quoted price prior to the vehicle departing our office.
We do not accept third-party credit cards unless ownership is verified and written authorization is provided by the cardholder.
Additional charges, including but not limited to “Additional Wait Time,” “After Hours,” “Overtime,” “Gratuity,” “Fuel Surcharge,” “No Show,” and other applicable fees, will be itemized on your invoice.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate our clients, our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the service date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the service date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations for Saturdays and major holidays are non-refundable.
During Service Cancellations
If the service is canceled during the trip or terminated early by the client, no refund will be issued. All fees are considered earned when paid.
No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for the scheduled service will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the trip. This includes interior or exterior damages, electronic equipment, and any associated repair or replacement costs.
A standard damage fee of $250 will be applied for minor damages, plus the actual cost of repairs or replacements. Additionally, downtime for the vehicle during repairs will be charged at $250 per day.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any smoking incident will incur a $100 charge per occurrence.
A non-negotiable $500 fee will be charged for vomiting inside the vehicle.
The consumption of alcohol and use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of service, full charges for the booking, and any applicable fees.
Lost or Damaged Property
LUXE Black Car Services, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in our vehicles. Please ensure all belongings are accounted for before exiting the vehicle.
Overtime and Grace Period
A 15-minute grace period is allowed beyond the reserved time. After this, hourly rates and applicable fees will apply.
Overtime requests must be approved by your driver and are subject to vehicle availability. Approval is not guaranteed.
Liability and Delays
LUXE Black Car Services, LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other unforeseeable events (force majeure). Any lost time due to these events cannot be refunded, but we will make every effort to accommodate adjustments.
