RESERVATIONS

  • You can make a reservation online using our secure reservation form or emailing us your request to info@luxeblackcarservices.com.

    If you are making your reservations online, it must be 8 hours before the scheduled pick up time.

  • If you use our online reservation to book, you will receive an email confirmation once it is confirmed. In the event you do not receive it, please email us info@luxeblackcarservices.com or call us at +1(206) 650-5068.

  • Please call us at  +1(206) 650-5068 at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled pick up to make changes to your trip. Changes via email must be submitted 24 hours in advance.

  • We require 72 hours of advance notice for canceling your reservations. To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservation before deadline by emailing us at info@luxeblackcarservices.com or call us at +1(206) 650-5068.

  • Our chauffeurs are always timely dispatched and they are at the pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to your booking time. Even with the help of traffic monitoring and travel guidance, unexpected delays may occur in rare instances. In such cases, your chauffeur will notify you asap.

BILLING

  • We accept cash and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

  • All transactions on our website take place on a secure server using encryption technology to ensure a high level of security when you enter your personal and payment details. To verify that you are shopping in a secure environment, a padlock will appear in your browser.

  • Your credit card when it’s confirmed. Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

  • All no shows will be charged the full rate. To avoid being charged you must call +1(206) 650-5068 in the event your plans or flight have been changed.

  • Our customers receive complimentary 30 minutes of waiting time (some limitations apply). Our operators check all flights ETA for delays or earlier arrivals.

  • We recommend that you call or text us immediately after landing to confirm your arrival. After you pick up your luggage and ready to be pick up, please call or text us the door number you are close by. Our driver will meet outside the door you notify us shortly.

    In addition, we offer our "Meet and Greet" service which will ease your Airport Travel. Our driver will meet you at Baggage Claim your flight is assigned to with a sign with your name. The service will include assisting you with you luggage.

    For International Flights, your driver will meet you outside the International Arrivals exit.

    The cost of our "Meet and Greet" service fee is $25.

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS

  • The chauffeur’s name and mobile telephone number will be sent to once your reservation is confirmed via email. If you booked for someone else, the chauffeur’s contact information will be sent to the email address provided in the booking process.

  • All our chauffeurs have done the necessary safety trainings and hold the licenses and insurances required in the City and State of Washington. Which include drug testing and physical exam.  We also conduct The Quality Assurance Program to ensure our chauffeurs meet our strict standards and requirements. It includes reliability, safety, professional appearance, language skills, and friendliness.

  • The maximum luggage allowance shown for each vehicle is based on safety, so we strongly advise you not to exceed the limit. If you are traveling with more luggage than the allowance, then make sure you book a vehicle large enough, or enough vehicles, so that all your belongings can be transported without going over the maximum luggage capacity. Our chauffeurs retain the right to refuse the service based on the amount of additional luggage, and excess luggage may also result in additional charges. If you are not familiar with the vehicle maximum luggage allowance, please contact us and we would be glad to assist you.

  • Yes, the additional stops are charged per stop.

  • No. Your complimentary waiting time starts at your scheduled pickup time, regardless of how early the chauffeur arrives. By providing your flight or train number, or ship’s name, when booking, your chauffeur will be able to track your arrival time and adjust the pickup in case of any delays or early arrivals.

  • A typical gratuity for a chauffeur is between 15% and 20% of the total fare, depending on the level of service provided. If you’re especially pleased with your experience, feel free to tip on the higher end to show your appreciation!

  • LUXE Black Car Services, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in our vehicles. However, we make every effort to locate and return lost property. If you believe you left a personal item in one of our vehicles, please email us at info@luxeblackcarservices.com with the details.

    We retain found items, such as phones, for up to 30 days. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a delivery fee for returning any found items, with fees based on our full travel rates.
